  * DARLA, STARLA, & PAT most recently. Some time before encountering this contagiously bubbly trio, I met Miss Susie.   ONE HAS TO ADMIRE such a cohesive unit; employees who enjoy their work [together] have an indisputably favorable impact on the store atmosphere, as well as the Subway name overall. If you've ever conducted business with a company where the tension between employees was more than evident, you know what I mean. •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
  
  I HAPPEN TO LOVE customer service and will not hesitate to complain if necessary. However, I believe compliments are crucial to continued customer care. Walking into any establishment expecting perfection but conducting your SELF in a rude and/or obnoxious manner is just wrong! I think it would prove beneficial for every customer to work the other side of the counter for just one week - inventory week maybe, or a grand opening week, or a holiday rush, etc. Ohhhh yeah!
